Processing

  • All products are sent directly from our location in Belgium.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on average within 24h (except during the weekend or national holidays).
  • Your order will be sent to your delivery address, as informed during the checkout procedure. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Honeysu assumes no responsibility and cannot refund your order.

Carrier

  • All packages are shipped via Bpost or DPD or PostNL and are accompanied by a tracking number delivered to you by email. You can track your order by login into your account or at the carrier's website. 
  • All products are carefully packed to ensure a smooth experience. In case of loss or damage, please contact us immediately through the form on our Contact page and we will respond to your request within 48h. 

Honeysu currently ships to:

  • Europe: the 27 members of the European Union, Norway (NO), and Switzerland (CH).
  • Outside of Europe: worldwide shipping (subject to customs duties)

Zone 1: all orders above €50 enjoy free shipping to BE, NL (Zone 1).

Zone 2: all orders above €65 enjoy free shipping to LU, FR, DE (Zone 2)

Zone 3: all orders above €125 enjoy free shipping to IT, DK, PL, HU, ES, SE, PT, CZ, IE, GR, FI, AT (Zone 3)

Zone 4: all orders above €180 enjoy free shipping to BG, EE, LV, LT, MT, RO, SK, SI, HR, VS, CH (Zone 4)

During Black Friday, different fees may apply and will be displayed at the checkout.

For orders below €50 (Zone 1),  €65 (Zone 2) and below €125 (Zone 3), the following fares apply:

  • Zone 1 - Belgium, Netherlands: otherwise €6.50 or €8,50
  • Zone 2 - France, Germany, Luxembourg: otherwise €12,5
  • Zone 3 - Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the UK: otherwise €14,50
  • Zone 4 - Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Norway, United States, Switzerland:  otherwise €18
  • Other countries: €25 (below or above €100)

Customs and Duties

Please note that customers are responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs outside the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein) and U.K;
