  1. What makes Korean skin care so special?

Three words: ingredients, routine, and application. Korean cosmetics, especially those selected at Honeysu, are rich in natural and innovative ingredients that tackle not only one, but multiple skin concerns. The celebrated K-beauty routine goes beyond the traditional Western approach to skin care to incorporate up to 10 products. The reason why this multi-step routine produces amazing results lies in the formulas themselves, which focus on actives (and not fillers!). These are easy to absorb and even after 10 products your skin is left supple and your pores, clean. Korean skin care favors delicate and careful application, using gentle patting and dabbing for improved results.

  1. What is the perfect Korean beauty routine?

Glad you asked! The perfect Korean skin care follows the 10-step routine, illustrated here and here. The Korean routine can be always shortened on weekdays to accommodate your busy schedule!

  1. Do I need to buy 10 products to see results?

No, you don’t have to. While we encourage the adoption of a full Korean skin care routine, you can do this progressively. Start with our discovery kits and gradually introduce other Korean cosmetics into your routine. You will see results from the very beginning.

  1. Can I mix Korean and non-Korean cosmetics in my routine?

Sure! While we firmly believe the Korean skin care available at Honeysu are the best of their category, you can combine them with non-Korean products and they will work just fine!

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship all orders from our location in Belgium (Bpost) and delivery time varies according to the country of destination. Please check our Shipping and Delivery page to consult the delivery time to your destination.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that the buyer is responsible for any taxes or custom duties applicable to the product on orders outside the EU and EEA.

  1. Are your products tested on animals?

No, we stand against animal testing. No product available at Honeysu has been tested on animals. This is part of our inquiry when curating products: EU law bans animal tested products from the European Union market, a standard we take very seriously.

  1. What if my skin reacts to your product?

At Honeysu, we offer handpicked products based on their ingredients and absence of harsh and allergic substances via our 7-free system. The skin, however, may react to safe substances too, therefore it is important to make sure you know how tolerant your skin is and if you have any specific allergies.
